Shivan Siddhartha

Sivan Siddhartha is the second-born (as far as we know) for Gayatri, our now most senior lady in herd. Shivan was from the beginning a special case of peace and content. He was born in 2019, prior to the world-shaking events of Covid-outbreak.

As it was with Arunachalam, Shivan had an extra long period of unhindered access to milk. This was, however, mostly due to his mother's unwillingness to let us milk her.

Still, for some reason, she kept on allowing him to drink milk for almost two years. And even after that was done with, the two have been maintaining most close relationship. Even today (October 2022) they are sleeping side by side in the cow-shed and can be seen licking each other clean through-out the day.

Shivan holds a special place in our hearts for his love and affection to human beings (and us especially). His composure and nature, truly match the name given to him.
