This mantra was given to siddhar Arunagirinathar by Lord Muruga in the holy land of Arunachala. We received this mantra from Guruji Nandhi during the Turiya yoga initiation.

While chanting this mantra visualize the sounds spiraling up the spine from the root chakra. This mantra balances the interplay of Ida and Pingala nadis, thus activating the Sushumna nadi within the spine. Hence, follows the blossoming of the Grace of Guru in the Sahasrara chakra.
